Klausette Atelier is a private occasion-dress rental studio in Carcar City, Cebu, Philippines. In this policy, “Klausette Atelier,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the studio and this website.

When you request a fitting, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, mobile number, preferred date and time, Facebook profile or link, occasion, usual size, dress of interest, and any notes you share.

We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as browser, device, and server-log information. The private admin workspace may use essential session cookies for authorized staff access. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies on the public website.

We use information to:

• respond to fitting requests and prepare for your visit;
• confirm, reschedule, or follow up about an appointment;
• maintain accurate customer and appointment records;
• operate, protect, and improve the website; and
• meet legal, security, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use fitting details for unrelated advertising.

We share information only when needed for the purposes above. Our website and appointment records may be supported by Supabase for database, authentication, and storage services. When configured, we use Resend to send appointment notifications by email. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights and safety, or to investigate misuse of the website.

We keep fitting requests, appointment history, and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, provide access to it, correct it, object to or limit certain processing, request deletion or blocking, or receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw permission where processing is based on consent. To make a request, email klausetteatelier@gmail.com with enough information for us to identify your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for a fitting request.

This website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the fitting form. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect where practical.
